VICTORY in Alabama. ! An anti-Agenda 21 bill has passed a state legislature: Senate
Bill 477 bans any state involvement in Agenda 21 programs that infringe on
personal property rights and also bans any Alabama municipality from joining
ICLEI (although ICLEI is not mentioned by name).
